We REQUIRE a 50% Downpayment of the order before the product is manufactured and the other 50% once the product has been delivered. Installment and permitting fees are added as an extra cost to the final quote of the order.

The Florida building code validates any pergola permit up to six months from the date it was issued.

There is no specific time limit for a fence permit in Florida. However, it is important to note that adjoining landowners are under no legal obligation to erect fences dividing their land.

If one landowner decides to build a boundary fence, the adjoining landowner is not obligated to share this expense unless it is agreed to in advance.

There is no specified maximum age for a decking permit. However, the local enforcing agency may revoke a permit if the construction, erection, alteration, modification, repair, or demolition of the building for which the permit was issued violates, or does not conform with, the provisions of the Florida Building Code.

We also provide a 10-year guaranteed warranty for all products ordered to ensure the comfort, durability, and quality of all our products.

To Install a pergola and/or fence we require a surface base of concrete. This is required to drill the product to the ground while ensuring a stable base. 

If you do not have a concrete base we require a concrete slab added to the base before installing the product. Response stopped
