How do these projects work?

 

Firstly you must fill out one of our free quotes here on our website (under the Contact Us tab) then we will schedule a visiting date to acquire all the measurements and discuss the best way to move forward with the project which is also most convenient for you as a client. Once we have decided on how to move forward with the project we will send over the details to our architects and contractors to create the project layouts. Within this time we will also finalize any needed permits to begin the project while the product materials are being transported to the U.S. Once all permitting is completed, the client is content with the project layout, and the materials have arrived we will begin the installation to finalize your project. 

 

How long does the installation take?

 

Depending on the size of the project and how the product must be assembled, the installation can take anywhere from less than 1 week to 2 weeks of installation. 

 

Is there a size requirement as to how big my Pergola can be? 

 

Yes. Although our pergolas are fully customizable our pergolas are required to have a maximum distance of 15 feet in width from one post to the other. This means that if you would like a pergola that surpasses this requirement then we would have to connect two or more pergolas to meet your requests.

 

How long is the shipment time for the products to arrive?

 

The shipment times of our products range from about 60-90 days to arrive in the United States. 

 

Where are the products being shipped from?

 

Our manufacturers are based in China, so the products are shipped as cargo from China to the U.S.

 

Is it possible for me to connect multiple pergolas to create a large covering or one big pergola? 

 

Yes. It is most definitely possible to connect multiple pergolas and create one large pergola if needed. 

 

Do you offer white colored fences to satisfy city condominiam requirements?

 

Yes, we do offer white colored fences and posts as of recent. Our manufacturers are properly and proffesionally able to powercode our stainless steel and aluminum posts in a full white color that does not fade, degrade color, or turn yellow. This follows as well as for the WPC boards. 

 

Do you offer the same color palletes for each product?

 

No, we do offer the same color pallete for each product offer. Although we do offer some of the same color for different produts we also offer a variety of different palletes that expand the options of our clients when it comes to completing projects with different products in order to create a more diverse and contrasting area. 

 

Do you offer installation of the product?

 

Yes, we do offer the installation of the product for each of our clients. However, if a client is inclined to install the product themselves we will have our specialists come over and explain how to install the product correctly as well as provide you with the manual to either install the product on your own or have a thrid party service install it.

 

Do the fences withstand hurricane and tornado weather? 

 

Yes, our full trellis fences are able to withstand extreme weather of any sort during any time of the year and our full privacy fences are able to withstand category 4 hurricanes and wind speeds up to 170 kilometers per hour or 106 miles per hour.
