This core is seamlessly encased in a precision-molded Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) sleeve — a proprietary blend composed of 60% recycled wood fibers (including bark and wood dust) and 40% high-performance materials such as HDPE, anti-fungal agents, and UV-resistant SPF.

The WPC sleeve features an internal corrugated design with a central pocket that slides securely over the steel base, leaving hollow side chambers that allow for effortless customization. These integrated channels make it easy to install lighting, wiring, and other attachments without compromising the structure or aesthetic.
